The DPP and the 4 P's of Behavior Change: Applying behavioral economics to the lifestyle change program

How can Lifestyle Coaches encourage participants to make and stick with their behavior changes? What works best when a participant is struggling with will power or motivation? This webinar briefly addresses the 5 psychological barriers to making healthy choices, followed by an introduction to the 4 P’s framework – Possibilities, Process, Persuasion and Person  -  developed by Chance, Dhar, Hatzis & Huskey, 2016. A mock case example is provided to engage the participants in applying the 4 P’s to nudge individuals to healthier food choices.
