The Diabetes Training and Technical Assistance Center (DTTAC) at Emory University and the Hispanic Federation are partnering to provide in-person training to prepare people to serve as Lifestyle Coaches to deliver the evidence-based National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP).

The CDC-led National DPP is an evidence-based lifestyle change program for preventing type 2 diabetes. The year-long program helps participants make real lifestyle changes such as eating healthier, including physical activity into their daily lives, and improving problem-solving and coping skills.
